The Department of Mineral Resources and Energy will on Tuesday, 05 December 2023 officially Handover Administration Block built by Cullina Diamond Mine as part of Social and Labour Plan at Onverwacht Primary School under City of Tshwane.

The role and the impact of Social and Labour Plan (SLP) requires that mines must identify infrastructure and poverty eradication projects that the mine would support in line with the Integrated Development Plan of the Municipal area in which mine operates and the major labour sending area as per Regulation 46(c) (iii) of the Mineral and Petroleum Regulation Development Act (MPRDA, 2002).
