The Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy Mr Gwede Mantashe (MP), will, on Thursday 31 August 2023, officially handover a Health Care Centre (Phola Clinic), a Social and Labour Plan project implemented by Seriti Coal and Khutala Colliery in eMalahleni Local Municipality,

Mining companies are required to implement projects that seek to empower communities in which they operate, the labour-sending areas, and employees for a better standard of living through socio-economic development, including the investment in skills, knowledge and experience.
