The Minister of the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (DMRE), Mr Gwede Mantashe (MP), will on Wednesday, 12 April 2023 host a school outreach programme at Impilo Primary School and a career expo at Kriel High School in Emalahleni Local Municipality, Mpumalanga Province.

The DMRE school outreach programme and career expo aim to motivate teaching and learning, inspire learners to stay in school and provide the required assistance that will enable learners to access quality education. In addition, the Career Expo programme is intended to assist learners in acquiring necessary information that would assist them in making the right career choices for the future, particularly in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) career path.
