Nominations are invited to serve as members of the Board of PAMDC from the date of appointment which will be determined by the Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy.

 

Candidates must be suitably qualified in either mining, business, economic, or have extensive experience relevant to the mineral activities and appropriate expertise or skills to enhance the Board’s capability in performing its functions effectively.

 

Candidates nominated must strictly be South African citizens or permanent residents in the Republic who are not disqualified to serve as directors of companies. Candidates will not be discriminated against based on gender and race. Youth in possession of the appropriate qualification and experience are welcome to be nominated.
